Background: CD20 is an activated-glycosylated phosphoprotein expressed on B cells from late pro-B cells through memory B cells but is absent from plasma cells. CD20 is involved in the transport of calcium and calcium-dependent intracellular signaling pathways. Anti-CD20 therapy is used to treat diseases with a B cell component such as B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Validation: Each lot of conjugated antibody is quality control tested by staining tissue following the MIBI StainingProtocol optimized for the applicable tissue format with subsequent MIBIscope analysis using the appropriate positive and negative tissue field of views.
Recommended Usage: Human FFPE: 0.5 ug/mL dilution. For optimal results, the antibody should be titrated for each desired application.
