Background: CD20 is an activated-glycosylated phosphoprotein expressed on B cells from late pro-B cells through memory B cells but is absent from plasma cells. CD20 is involved in the transport of calcium and calcium-dependent intracellular signaling pathways. Anti-CD20 therapy is used to treat diseases with a B cell component such as B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Validation: Each lot of conjugated CD20 antibody is quality control tested by MIBIscope™ analysis of stained tissue microarrays using the appropriate positive and negative tissue field of views and are pathologist verified.

Recommended Usage: 1 uL of CD20 antibody per 100 uL staining volume using the MIBI™ Staining Protocol.
For optimal results, antibody should be titrated for each desired application.  Suggested starting range is 1:100.
